Anybody can help me about my se c510a

i bought phone SE C510a...now my phone got problem like this
(1)when i charge the battery cant full.if i restart the icon battery still empty after that the phone show message "Attention, battery low".

(2)i cant receive message from anybody but can send message..i already format my phone(master reset):confused::confused:

try a new battery, try a new charger. if neither of those work, your phones broken. if it's under 1 year old, get warranty service from Sony, otherwise, get a new phone.
